Tell me, did anyone go to Cappadocia from Chumyuva/Kemer?
Tell me, did any of the vacationers from Chumyuva / Kemer go on an excursion to Cappadocia? Interested in prices, time, and is it possible in this region to gather people for this excursion in early October?

We went in October, though from Alanya. They recruited 6 Russian-speaking people and 6 English-speaking people on a minibus. Completely calm. They had it at that travel agency on Wednesdays. Collected all over the road from Mahmutlar to Side. It took 2-2.5 hours to assemble. Half past six flooded into the mountains. We had dinner in Cappadocia. From there we left at 10 am and in the evening we were at the hotel for the end of dinner.

Last year the price was 80 dollars per person, with dinner (without drinks, though there was watermelon and tea), overnight at 3 *, breakfast, all entrance fees. For additional they offered a fee for dinners of $10, drinks separately and a Turkish night with light snacks and alcohol for 25 euros. We bargained and eventually went with the same British, but for $20. Naturally, there were 2 shops on the way back, where we drank delicious tea.

I do not want to upset you, but my friends last year in August, from Alanya for 2 days with an overnight stay, food, etc. went for 40 bucks per person)

By the way, thanks for the information) Everything is useful to know. But I'm more interested in Chumyuva/Kemer.

It was possible for 40, but as it turned out, the conditions are completely different and they are taken to different dungeons and placed in different hotels.

I have the impression that most of the answers are written by employees of travel agencies. My friends went to Kemer in October, so they were generally denied a tour service - the end of the season. did not get people. If I'm not mistaken, the ongs went from TEZTUR.

I'm definitely not a travel agent. Local sellers of excursions to the bulb who from which tour operator or just himself, arrived. The main thing for them is to score the number of goals for the bus (minibus). And who and what nationalities will not care for them there. We had 2 guides: an English-speaking Greek and a poorly Russian-speaking Turk. As a result, they listened to the English stream. You need to find a street agency upon arrival, and there they will already put together a group, but only on the day when it’s convenient for them, not for you.

And TEZ is a large tour operator and they are not interested in fooling around with such small things as taking a dozen people to Cappadocia. For them, it will be a loss. The locals will.

In my opinion, now almost all conscious tourists in Turkey go on excursions with street agencies.

the original idea is to take tourists at a loss to teztour, but not at a loss for locals. I myself dreamed of visiting Cappadocia, there are few people who want to go there even at the height of the season - it is far and expensive. I plan, if it works out, to go on a sightseeing tour of Turkey, for some reason it is also not very popular, but there is something to see in this country. we went to Istanbul from Bulgaria - a lot of impressions.

Locals will do cheap, and TES is expensive:
1. Locals do not spend money on advertising.
2. Locals do not pay 20-30% kickbacks to hotel guides, but 5-10 bucks to a travel agent from a tour.
3. Drivers and guides from TEZ are paid slightly more than small companies.
4. The conditions of the excursion at local offices are few, but I change for the worse, which means it is cheaper (these buses are not decorated, as a rule, cheap excursions have drinks for a fee, food outlets are simpler, if with an overnight stay, then the hotel can be cheaper)

Personally, I went to Turkey from TURTESSA, so it's not about the name of the operator. Everyone chooses what suits him best, the pop is chasing cheapness, I am not. I just compared prices for expensive excursions. My first trip abroad was to Egypt, I went after a lot of stress, I tried to minimize the risks, so I collected information. So, my friends bought a trip to Luxor in Hurghada (cheaper, of course) - they were taken to another place altogether! If you read the reviews of tourists, then you know that someone can fall behind, get lost, then return to the hotel for their money, because no one is waiting for him or looking for him. "Your" tour operator is more responsible for this. I also compared prices for a trip to Jerusalem, we were on a two-day trip. So, a cheaper one may not include a visit to Bethlehem ... So everyone makes his own choice.
In addition, if a person understands the basics of macroeconomics - a large carrier rents a vehicle cheaper, can choose a driver, takes gasoline at a wholesale price, etc. I think you can buy a boat trip or some other simple excursion from the locals, but as for long-distance trips, it’s better to pay more and reduce the risks. I wish you pleasant trips.
