During the excursion after breakfast, we did not find the bus that brought us and in which all our things were. Guide Larisa (actually an employee of Hamam, not a historian) explained this by the breakdown of another tourist bus and the need to help other tourists. However, no one offered to take our things. Having got into our bus after 2.5 hours, we did not find a PASSPORT and $ 490 !!! To obtain a certificate to return home, I had to go to Ankara and spend another $300. Instead of an apology from the representative of the travel agent Renat, he got rude to us and with a scandal returned the money for the remaining excursions for which, for obvious reasons, there was no desire to go.
