We went to Cappadocia in 2011. Trip for 2 days. It cost about 60 dollars at the agency in Alanya. Bed and breakfast in an inexpensive but normal hotel in Cappadocia. Lunch and dinner extra. fee. We had sandwiches and fruits. No luck with the guide. Details in my review.
