Through Polar, we went to Egypt in 2006, but then everything did not go as smoothly as we wanted. On the day of departure, they forgot to send a transfer for us and the plane flew away without us, a total of 80 people remained in Egypt that day. Many phone calls were made to the guide, who at first said that everything was fine, the plane was delayed, and then said that it was already late and her working day was over and turned off the phone. Then we got to the Tourist Police, in short, after a sleepless night at the reception, we were given a room to sleep and wash a little, and then we were transferred to another hotel, where we stayed from 3 pm to 9 am. At 9 am we were taken to the airport where we sat for another 4 hours, at first we waited for the guide to arrive from Russia and bring us new plane tickets, and then the plane was delayed for another 2 hours. In short, we flew out only at 15.20 .....
Of course, in this situation, tourists are already more advanced in age and tourists panicked over the days .... but everything was fine with us, we just extended our vacation for another 2 days :))))

We flew several times with the Tez-tour, the attitude towards tourists is disgusting, they only want to sell excursions, nothing more, if you take excursions not from them (on the street 2-3 times cheaper), they don’t give dry rations on the road. They bring it for shopping and if they don’t buy anything, they don’t take it back, in general they left a disgusting opinion about themselves, but this is only Turkey.

Teztour would have been fine if it weren't for the occasional hotel guides who "sneaked up" from time to time. And the organization of the tour itself is always clear, without overlays, at least with us.
