We bought towels for the beach in one of the shops on the street (huge bamboo ones for $14; then we barely stuffed them into a suitcase!) Mattresses were taken for free early in the morning in the basement on the way to the beach. During our stay, no one ever demanded payment from us. The hotel is cozy, good, as for 4 *. Only positive memories remain.
