I don't have my own. There is no leased land either. But there are beautiful paid beaches from cafes. It's 6..10 minutes walk from the hotel (along the promenade towards Marmaris). This is "Nirvana Beach", "Deniso Beach" ... you have to pay for a sun lounger there (it's worth it).
