Tell me, are all the boors and rude people there?
We are going to this hotel with a young man in a week. I don't know what to think anymore. The reviews are all mixed. In one I read that it was categorically not to go with children, in the other, on the contrary.
Tell me, are all the boors and rude people there? Are people from the CIS quite negative? In case of any problems, who can you contact? Thank you in advance

The fact that there are all boors and rude people is far from true ... And the manifestation of rudeness and rudeness in Turkey towards immigrants from the CIS is more an exception than a rule. Of course, it is possible that boorish and arrogant persons will come across, and where they are not))) Turks love children, and they show due respect for married couples. In case of problems, contact the hotel guide after exchanging contacts.

Thank you very much for the answer. We are going to Turkey for the first time. Somehow I'm worried, as always when I'm going somewhere for the first time :)

I stayed at this hotel for two days in May. Rudeness and rudeness did not notice. The best attitude of the staff towards the British and Germans is noticeable, but there is no discrimination. If you are in a good mood, with a smile, and learn a few words in Turkish, you will be treated the same way. The hotel is more youthful, although there are older and family people. The beach strip is not wide, drinks are not allowed to be brought to the beach. There is a booth with a coffee machine and soft drinks at the entrance to the beach. Have a positive holiday!

I completely agree! First of all, you need to radiate positive yourself, and a few words in Turkish can really do wonders) Learn the simplest ones: "Hello", "Thank you", "How are you", etc. and the Turks will become dear friends for you)
And do not be afraid, a good rest and a lot of positive impressions are guaranteed to you)))

There is no rudeness there, do not listen to anyone, recharge your batteries and go enjoy the beautiful sea, the view and the wonderful hotel. You can take drinks to the beach, but only in disposable dishes, and not in bar glasses. :) Have a good rest!!!

Hams are everywhere. but last year my husband and friends got a lot of pleasure from this hotel. This year, the reviews are all negative. This year we are going again to Marmaris, but to another hotel, although my husband wanted to come here, everything suited him. Therefore, my advice is, if you are traveling with a good mood and a smile, if you want to be with your loved one, you should not care about some small nuances, but if you go with obviously bad forebodings, etc. with a probability of 99% it will be so, even if it is the most heavenly place. So have a great holiday!

Thank you all very much for your replies! We go with a smile and mood :) To be honest, I'm glad that there is no animation ... I'm not saying that we are one of those who like to have a positive rest, we just don't like when something is imposed. Thanks again everyone! And all the best and have a good rest!

No one said that there are all boors and rude people - there are many normal and friendly waiters and bartenders, but the percentage of rude people is noticeably higher than in other hotels, and this leaves an unpleasant aftertaste. But if this is your first time, then there will simply be nothing to compare with, and in comparison with the Crimean service, you will be simply happy. Have a nice holiday.

There is something to compare with :) Were in Egypt and Greece. And for a long time they did not dare to go to Turkey :) But then they decided to try something new :)
It's amazing that the management of the hotel does not respond to so many complaints. To invest that kind of money in renovation and have no desire to raise the level of the hotel in terms of service?

Here the Crimean service was mentioned - why do you think no one improves it, despite the fact that it is scolded by everyone and sundry, and the flow from Ukraine is falling? Because they still go. So here, they arm themselves with positive and go, if you don’t go, someone else will go. Moreover, the majority will still be very satisfied, because rest is not work! :-)) Just don't drink cocktails, buy juices in packages. And the rest is all solved.

We rested in this hotel at the end of June 2012, and there are mostly very friendly and welcoming staff, but still, there are 10 percent of the staff who are specifically rude. Unfortunately, during the rest we ran into these 10% and they crossed out all the positives in our holiday. Therefore, I wish you not to run into them and then you will like the rest. Although, it is quite possible that during this time some individuals were nevertheless removed from this hotel, since we complained about them to the managers ... The attitude towards foreigners is really better than towards ours, and in some situations this is very pronounced. I wish you not to get into such situations and have a good rest)))

And why strain - the hotel is 100% full due to the promiscuity of our compatriots. Your impressions will be in the middle - better than in Egypt, but weaker than in Greece.

Learn a few words in Turkish. It is not difficult, and the hotel staff are happy as children when they hear a greeting or words of gratitude in their own language. I agree with agx9wjp1, I like Turkey much more than Egypt, but the level and service does not reach Europe. Have a nice holiday!

Thank you all for your responsiveness!
Maybe Turkey is better than Egypt, let's go and check. It's just that in Egypt we rested in hotels of a slightly different class, more luxurious.
And as for the Crimea, I want to say - it's not true that the service has remained at the same level. I have been vacationing in Crimea since childhood with my parents. And this year we also went, for the first time to Koktebel, I’ll say the living conditions have changed, the attitude of the owners of the apartments themselves (or the private sector) has changed. And even leisure has changed. I won’t talk about boarding houses, it seems to be a different topic here, but private hotels, the private sector or renting apartments has improved significantly. But that's just my opinion :)
Once again, many thanks for your patience. I will come and share my experience. It is necessary to leave reviews and will be in those places where it was. Somehow only this year I got to know this site so closely
I wish you all a pleasant stay and a lot of positive impressions! :)
