The "Marmaris Park" has the steepest stairs, of all the hotels on the "cape" between Marmaris and Icmeler, located on a slope. (See Google map). In the evenings they walk not around the territory, but along the cool promenade in both directions. The beaches and the atmosphere for mom will be better in Icmeler. Check out Marti La Perla, Sea Star (both adults only). Unfortunately, tours in Quadas are not loaded - ideal for mom (IMHO). From a simpler - Letoile, Mar-Bas. Of those chosen by you, the Palace, of course, is much better than the "Park", but also much more expensive. Good luck with your choice.
