Mares - the former 4-ka of the Grand Yazici network, bought by the Germans (Labrand network), we rested in it twice. Both beaches have a concrete platform, but are very long, so the swimming area is huge. Read my two reviews, and if you decide, take a sea-view or a side-sea-view (a little expensive). Casa de Maryse and Ideal Prime - city hotels Cityler (hotel district of Marmaris). In "Marmaris Park" there is also a platform beach. And it definitely does not compare with all the above listed hotels. If people have the opportunity to relax in the Grand Yazici network, then it is better not to consider Marmaris Park.
