Ladies Beach made a strong impression on me in August 2013, so I don’t advise visiting it, especially for ladies. You can walk along the embankment along it, visit several cafes - varied, tasty and inexpensive. To the south is Long Beach, everyone will like it there, especially in the Davutlar and Guzelcamli regions.
