It seems to me that it’s impossible to guess in advance where a cheap ticket will pop up: in Kemer or Alanya or somewhere else. If I were this family, I would arrange with a travel agent so that he would promptly signal and book as soon as an option that meets all the criteria appears. And the sea at the end of September-beginning of October is good on the entire Antalya coast, the period for rest is wonderful, I myself have already gone twice at this time.

From Moscow for September-October for $ 1,200 for 2 + 1, the vast majority of offers are Alanya with its surroundings (Manavgat, Side), on the Aegean coast (including Marmaris, which is not quite on the Aegean Sea), prices are traditionally higher. Maybe some other trends are operating from Kyiv. That's why I say that it is better to negotiate with a travel agency. Well, or regularly monitor yourself.
