But this is the only good exception with Pegasus guides that I heard about. For 2 weeks in Egypt, we ourselves saw the guide only once on the day of arrival, he gave us a phone number, but when we needed his help, he simply could not get through. In Turkey, despite the fact that the hotel was an exclusive Pegasus, the guides (there was a whole team of them) made such a face even to the simplest question that I thought feverishly: "Do I owe them something?"

I returned yesterday !! The rest turned out to be excellent, but morally difficult !! There were tourists from Kariya in the hotel who they didn't want to accommodate! The poor people were crying in the middle of the reception - it was certainly creepy !! Tez tour promised to help the unfortunate tourist supposedly completely free of charge, but in the end he demanded money for both accommodation and air tickets, the only thing they helped with was a free transfer to the airport and that's it! !
Oh well!! Briefly about the hotel - green, a lot of wood in the interior, excellent cuisine, especially liked the Turkish cakes with various fillings, which were cooked in the fresh air! Brand new, clean rooms, the sea is just super, no words, really the entrance to the sea not very convenient, but you can get used to it !!! A couple of times we went on excursions to the old city, went to the center to hang out in nightclubs, we went with our operator and were satisfied, in street agencies, of course, it’s cheaper, but no one is responsible for your life and health does not carry!!
Special thanks to the hotel guide, smart girl, she managed to survive when the tourists of Kariya rebelled, the girl just fell under a hot hand !!
With Pegasus everything went at the highest level, we fly with them not for the first time!!
