I don’t know what about Turkey, but I worked in Egypt for 2 years and 2 times a year we took tests for HIV (Egyptians too). No one did fluorography :)

Why technical? We take a bottle from the minibar and wash the bottled one. Or we boil the usual one in a kettle in advance for the same purposes (though not everywhere there are kettles).

I would like to believe that medical examinations are also taking place in countries. But don't worry about it for your own peace of mind. We have tuberculosis and there is a possibility of catching it on the bus! Read hotel reviews before taking a tour. Millions of people travel and are satisfied. If it is so bad in Turkey, then what about India, Thailand, the hinterland of China, and our former Asian republics?
