Hello. I visit Turkey often for work. I have a local telephone with a Turkssl number. At the moment I am using the add. service for calls abroad from Turkey. By sending an SMS with the message EVRUOPA 1 (2) SAAT, TO NUMBER 2222 you will receive 1 or 2 hours of calls abroad (Ukraine and Russia included) for 9 and 19 liras, respectively. As far as I know, AVEA also has the ability to reduce the cost of calls abroad, but since I use Turkcell, I don’t know the details. By calling the operator, knowing English, you can always find out how to be, and if you're lucky, they can find a Russian-speaking employee.
