Tekirova is a great area, the best and greenest in Kemer. Of these 2 hotels, the Royal Palm Resort is better, the rooms have recently been updated (bathroom, TV and plasma). And at the expense of settling in a hotel, then you can agree for 20-30 ye, so that they settle in the main building. I also like hotels - Corinthia Tekirova, Pirate's Beach Club - the best children's animation, an excellent hotel.

This is not the first time in Turkey, but we really liked the hotel which is not far from Side. Club Ali Bey. The hotel is not cheap but in terms of animation (one of the best), food (varied and in abundance), the infrastructure is super. There is an aqua park ( only for hotel guests) We went with children 3 and 12 and 9 years old. Next year we want to go there again.

In early August it is hot there, in Kemer it is felt due to high humidity. As alternatives, I advise you to consider Belek options, such as CLub Asteria or Side, such as Turquoise. There are green, very well-equipped territories, so the heat will not be felt that way.

Do not drink alcohol during the day in the heat - the temperature may rise. Spend more time in the shade or in a hotel during the day. Mint tea and ordinary mineral water without gas helped me well during the day from the heat - almost all hotels have it. If this is observed, then the heat is quite tolerable, especially since Kemer is the best option for the climate of Turkey at this time of the year, it cannot be compared with Alanya (there is just a sauna).
