question if the visa has expired
Please tell me, I have been in Turkey for half a year now with a friend, as she says, my visa ended on June 13 (although we applied for it at the end of January). Can I go back to Russia (on my own) without trial and deportation ???

This was probably your last visit to Turkey :)))

that is, if the visa is overdue for 4 days, will I be able to leave Turkey for Russia, or will they simply not let me out?

Seriously, here is the official information. Of course, they will not put you in jail for an expired visa. The punishment is only a large fine (the amount depends on the number of "overdue" days) and a ban on entry into Turkey for up to 6 months. How to remove the entry ban? Here is what the Turkish Consulate General has to say about expired visas: “According to the new regulations and the recent announcement by the Turkish Interior Ministry, the entry ban will only be lifted if the person with the expired visa contacts the Turkish Consulate in their country (i.e. . already after leaving Turkey) to obtain the appropriate type of visa (work, family reunification, study, long-term residence, meetings, conferences, cultural events, etc.)". The visa documents received from this person will be sent to the Turkish Ministry of Interior for approval, and the appropriate type of visa will be issued after receiving permission from this ministry. After obtaining a visa, a person will be able to enter Turkey and pay a fine at the port of arrival (at the border crossing point).

Will I be able to go back from Turkey to Russia soon?

Here is what really happens for a visa delay (according to unofficial data): • up to 15 days - up to 250 Turkish liras = 165 US dollars (calculated as twice the cost of a residence permit for the same period at average rates); non-payment (or, in the worst case, an open refusal to pay a fine) entails a loss of the right to enter for up to 5 years;
• more than 15 days - a ban on entry into Turkey for 1 month;
• over 1 month. – Ban on entry to Turkey for 3 months;
• over 3 months. – for 6 months;
• over 6 months. - for 1 year;
• over 1 year - for 2 years;
• over 2 years - for 5 years.
At the same time, a fine for illegal presence in Turkey (proportionate to the duration of the violation) is payable in any case. Fine payment is a standard facilitated procedure, which provides for the payment of the amount calculated on the spot to special cash desks at the airports themselves and other border crossing points. If it is impossible to pay the required amount, the tourist leaves the country, being entered into the “black” list of computer records as a person who has temporarily lost the right to re-enter Turkey. This was the case in the spring of 2011. Perhaps something has already changed.

I don't intend to enter Turkey at all anymore, I want to leave here back to Russia with my son, that's all, and I just need to know if this is possible or not?
аватар PolikSVT
Of course you can leave! The fine can be paid immediately at the airport upon departure. But it’s better to go to the local department for working with foreigners (Yabancılar Şubesi), pay the fine there and find out all the questions.

What if the fine has already been paid?
аватар PolikSVT
Just present your receipt at passport control.

thank you, and if I leave with a certain amount of money (for example, 18 thousand dollars), do I need permission to export such an amount?
аватар anna-1202
thank you very much!
аватар PolikSVT
Yes please! Good luck in solving problems and a pleasant return to your homeland!

And further. Do not forget to fill out the customs declaration at the ENTRY to the Russian Federation, this is important! There you must indicate the entire amount of the currency, if it is more than 10 thousand dollars.
аватар anna-1202
Thanks, I'll keep it in mind
аватар anna-1202
what is it for anyway?
аватар sigur62
What does it mean for what? There are rules for importing foreign currency. The amount over 10 thousand dollars is subject to mandatory declaration, the entire amount, if 11 thousand, then not 1, but all 11 are declared. Of course, you can hide the currency, for example, in shorts, but if they find it, they will seize it. And if you declare, then you can import it without any problems.

Hello, can you help me with some advice? I am in Turkey with an expired visa for 10 months, my child has Turkish citizenship and I have a certificate stating that I could not fly out of the country at the right time because I was 9 months pregnant and after that I did not get a visa, now I am going to fly with the child and what threatens me if I get cured without paying a fine, but simply show them a certificate that I could not fly?

Good afternoon.
Here's a story:
I live and work in Turkey on the basis of a work visa. The visa expired on 01/03/3017. Prior to the expiration of the work visa, documents were submitted to extend it for a year. Issuing a visa at work, everything is in order. But!
I need to fly to Moscow for a couple of days for negotiations. Can I do this without a plastic card using the visa-free rule for 60 days. The last time I went was in December. From December 25 in Turkey.
