With such a passport, you can fly into Turkey, the main thing is that 6 months remain until the expiration of the passport. For a trip to Europe, such a passport will no longer be accepted to open a visa. You can still go to Turkey, but then I advise you to change it. When applying for a new passport, write off the old one, just make copies of all pages for yourself.
