I feel sad already when the plane takes off home. There must be something wrong in our "kingdom". Therefore, I go as soon as possible.

I feel the worst when I arrive home in the winter. summer is still tolerable. and don't watch TV
I spend at least half a year out of the year abroad. so the difference is huge. and not to the side, in my case of Ukraine, that's for sure.

I'm afraid to fly, and when a girl roared loudly in the cabin of an airplane flying last year from Hurghada, I at first thought that I was not the only one who was afraid.) But when she gave out to the whole cabin - "Mom, I don't want to go back to Russia" -. Nearly all have snickered

My son said before leaving:
Dad, I don't want to leave Turkey.
- Why?
I love staying here so much!
Looks like it's contagious...

Acclimatization and dismantling of suitcases with subsequent washing))) Personally, I endure the second much worse than the first)
Kinder stayed at home with my grandmother and for the last 3 days my husband and I looked longingly at all the small children in the hotel - I wanted to go back to my baby)

Yes... here you can write 10 volumes... Problems remain at home. An avalanche of new emotions (mostly positive). And what to do, probably more often (and for longer, and further away) to go, because it is not in our power to change something (in the foreseeable future) in the "native land".

And so I fly every six months for 2-3 weeks. But after Hurghada, nothing like this happened. But Antalya (the town of Beldibi) does not let go, although it was already the fourth time. black and white.

most of all after Georgia does not let me go. I have been to many places, but I want to return to Batumi every minute ...

One smart oriental person said this phrase -
A person must live in the place that his heart loves. Or in any other place, but next to a loving heart...

I love Turkey too. Can you think about moving? In Antalya, about 20,000 Russian-speakers opened a second Russian school. Real estate is relatively inexpensive. My wife and I thought about it, and alas. kids need to be raised and taught, and it’s already hard to give up everything at our age. You think that you would be 10 years younger and go to your beloved Turkey.

Maybe this is where the problem lies? Fall in love? But it's wonderful!!! Love covers. Fly back and everything will pass!

I have a dream to spend my old age somewhere on the Mediterranean coast.
аватар Pachok
And I’m happy to fly to my favorite or new places and I’m happy to return home. While away old age in Switzerland, in the Mediterranean, in Finland is good ... but on the condition that the warm company of old friends will while away. Finding yourself alone in a foreign country, even with money, is not very fun.
Z.Y. And, comrades, let's not confuse tourism with emigration :)

And I don't even want to write anything. And so everything is clear. But personally, I am a resident of Siberia, I get tired of the sea and heat. And after 10 days in Turkey, I want to go home to take a sip of fresh Siberian air.

As my husband says: "In order to go to work with pleasure and return with pleasure, you need to have 100 grams and a cucumber here and there" :-)
I never feel sad either on vacation or at home. Why grieve? It's good to rest, it's not bad at home either :-) More than half a year at home .. and I'm already drawn to go somewhere. More than 2 weeks on vacation, I'm pulling home :-)
After visiting a foreign country, I have only pleasant fatigue, a million photos, a lot of new experiences, spices, seeds, recipes, acquaintances and no melancholy.

The Mediterranean Sea is magical, it does not let anyone go. Every time I return, I come to my senses longer and longer.
And I have a dream - life on the Mediterranean coast. Only not old age, but start as soon as possible. And it doesn’t have to be in Nice or Monaco at all))) In the same Turkey - a small house with a small garden, behind - mountains, in front - the sea, preferably with long calm beaches - for walking.
It is difficult for family people to start life from scratch in a new place. I mean REAL people, not burdened with bulky bank accounts))). It is also difficult for singles like me - without the support of a loved one or like-minded person.
And, as it turns out, there are quite a lot of these scattered individuals... maybe it's time to organize some kind of community? )))
A friend worked in Greece, she said - three friends, two women and a man, about 45-50 years old, rent out their apartments in Russia and rent a small villa for three. Each has a bedroom, a shared kitchen ... behind - the mountains, in front - the sea, ah ...)))

It would be nice if so. But you have to put the kids on their feet. The British also practice joint rent. It makes sense. Even with adult children.
аватар gdg71
Why bother? The anticipation of new travels and the impressions of bringing them to life are much more pleasant.
аватар Viltis
And the Mediterranean Sea seemed to me the most empty and boring of all.
аватар votvam
And it's not boring at all! It is different.
аватар Viltis
Taste and color :-)
аватар votvam
Agree.
аватар tigana
At first, it also seemed empty and boring to me. I have seen the seas and oceans much richer and more beautiful. But over time, it somehow hooked me, caught me. The heaviest "otkhodnyak" - after him. Dreaming - it is.
I want to go there, I want to live there. The country is not particularly important, as long as they don't shoot.
аватар Viltis
Well, I was not hooked :-) From no shore. Not over time. Well, Paris did not hook me either, from any side and from any time. So that's not surprising.
аватар babol
Unfortunately, they are also shooting in Turkey (Kurdistan is their hot spot), so there are also terrorist attacks from time to time (sometimes in tourist regions). This year seems to have passed.
аватар sandra-art
in Turkey, there are often accidents on the roads in which minibuses of tour operators are involved. this is sad...
аватар kapitan1084
In 2006, they bought an "estate" in Alanya, decided to leave Ukraine, lived for 10 DAYS and RUN to SOVDEPIYA (they couldn't stand it anymore). Now we rent the estate to Scandinavian jewelers during the year, and we ourselves VALIANTLY "wander" 3-4 times a year at hotels in Turkey + 1 time in Hurghada or Taba.
аватар Viltis
babol, even if the Kurds are removed from the "agenda", now Turkey is on the verge of a war with Syria. Last week, the Turkish parliament received a one-year mandate to conduct military operations in the adjacent territory. And behind Turkey is NATO. The conclusions are obvious.
аватар nesnew
The topic started so well ..., relax, this is not a military-political site with horror stories about accidents.
There are a lot of accidents all over the world - do not go, or where?
The trip is getting positive emotions!
The topic is just about it!
аватар Viltis
And it seemed to me that the topic was originally political. A la "It's good THERE, I live in poop." Is not it?
