Can I stay at the end of December this year without a visa?

You can. You eat like a tourist and pay for a ticket. A visa to Turkey for citizens of Ukraine and Russia is not needed.

in my understanding at the time of entry - they will check the 180-day period prior to this entry and whether the limit of stay was exceeded (or exhausted) in Turkey during this period or not. If you enter at the end of December, they will look at the period from the beginning of July to the end of December or from August to January. If you have not been in Turkey for 3 months during this period, then you should not have any problems. This is my understanding of how to calculate the 180 day period and stay. Better check with someone at the embassy.
