I called for insurance - they took me to a Russian-speaking doctor, they did the procedures, they gave drops with me, they took me back to the hotel - everything was fast and free. While I was in the hospital, under insurance they also brought 1 Russian-speaking young lady who got drunk with free alcohol and then she became ill in the sun, she was given droppers, they did a cardiogram - everything was also free.

I suspect the question is from a woman, though... it's supposed to be a romantic, I guess... none of your rafting, diving, long-distance bus trips, etc. (although I myself had all this) ... maybe I'm wrong ... and I don’t have sarcasm at all, I’m really amazed at what I wrote above ... sorry, but for 10 years (2 times a year for a period for 3-4 weeks) I had no insured events ... well, a first aid kit (with IODINE, PEROXIDE, as they wrote here for $ 100) with all the medicines, just in case, I always carried with me ... although I treated it with only natives... maybe I was lucky...
