Side La Grande is definitely better than the Ozkaymaks. If the 2nd line does not bother you, it went bankrupt last year and changed owners. From Kumkoy you can take a minibus to Side.

The hotel is a little tired, but there is everything you need to relax, and I think you will get into the budget. As for the sights, Phaselis is nearby, you can take a 10-minute bus ride, you can take beautiful photos and just take a walk. Well, Kemer is nearby.
