do you really want with a one-year-old child, and even in a position in a mediocre hotel? maybe consider a holiday in Ukraine (take a closer look at Berdyansk, for example, the Diodon base, not as an advertisement, close friends rested with an 8-month-old child, there are still a couple of decent bases and hotels)

Family hotels are like kindergartens, one gets sick and a chain reaction, and your budget unfortunately does not allow a good hotel with decent food for you and for a year old.
