You can say for yourself and answered your own question, why pay for a room if you are not there !!! we always travel with a group, and we absolutely do not care what the room will be (but of course if you eat WITHOUT children)!! they came to the room at 2-3 at night, and left at 7-8 in the morning, the money they ask for good rooms is better spent at the same disco or excursions!

There should be a BIG and comfortable bed (although there were no problems with convenience so far) and a balcony (unprincipled and common). The room should have enough space for the movement of two (and not for a platoon of soldiers).

The noise level under the windows does not matter - you get so exhausted during the day that you can sleep well and overlook the roadway. The view from the window is not important, BUT just not at the construction site, the pool and not over the utility rooms. To be honest, I have never seen or heard about garbage-view, but what happens?)))) In fact, the whole question is about the price: if I buy an expensive hotel, then I will demand the corresponding number, and if economy option, then the above is enough for the room.
