Both hotels are perfect for families with children, as far as the virus is concerned. I've been to both. A utopia of the minuses (for me they don’t play a role now, shopping mall children are about your age, but while my daughter was little this hotel was not considered for this reason) a very long transfer and mountainous terrain, those living in a bungalow, constantly up and down from the mountain on mountain. Everything else is super, food, views, water park, animation, I love this hotel. Asuka Lara is fine too.
