Budget hotel with good beach and food?

We are racking our brains in search of a suitable hotel, help with advice.
3 people are flying from Moscow in September, the budget is about 100 thousand rubles (up to 130 thousand rubles)
Basic wishes: a good beach with a pier (and ideally, of course, sandy or mixed with small pebbles, you can just have very small pebbles), 1st line, delicious, varied food from the AI / UAI category (namely, in terms of food, alcohol is not interested ). Nothing else matters. Well-groomed territory or the opportunity to go for a walk outside the hotel will be a plus.)
So far, we are sort of considering Yalihan Aspendos, but it rests on the budget bar, so we are looking for more options :)

Pierce is not. Hotel 3***. The nearest airport is Gazipasa International Airport ~ 59.4 km (it seems that charters fly from Moscow).

Sense Deluxe in Side, in the same area as Alegria in Kumkoy. The second line, you can walk to the beach 5-7min, there is a service to the beach. Plus, the hotel is relatively new in 2014 and the pleasant area of Kumkoy, where you can go out in the evening and during the day and easily get to the city center where all the main attractions are. The beach, if you only go from the pontoon, there are stones from the shore, the hotel is very compact in area.

I read that if you go 50-100 meters to the right, closer to the neighboring beach, there is a section with a very good sandy entrance to the sea. I didn’t understand whether this part with The Sense belongs to the neighboring Sentido or it is borderline, and they will be kicked out of there or not))

We also looked at Club Sidelya Holiday Village 4 *. There is no pier, of course, but the beach is clean and sandy and the food seems to be good. Nobody knows where with the food more chance to win between him and The Sense Deluxe?

I recommend, Alanya "Club Turtas beach hotel" about. Beach, animation, food, near Konakli, there is where to take a walk in the evening. We've been here several times with our little grandson. Price-quality, a solid four with a big huge plus.
