For me, the best month for a holiday in Turkey is September. But this is not summer.

You can go at the beginning of June - it's still not very hot for a little one, but September is better. Check out Belek Beach Resort 5*. There are family rooms. True, there is UAL food :)))

Holidays in September are more expensive than at the beginning of the season. You can perfectly relax in Side at the end of May, after 20 (the sea is shallow there, well warmed up). There are not many people yet, it is not very hot yet, but it is already warm.
