We also had a similar situation, we read reviews and wanted to change vouchers (even with losses). So, we still had to change (the hotel)! Although if you eat without children, then the hotel is normal. We paid $ 3260 for 12 days and we regret that such money was spent on noise, on dirt! There is no greenery, shops, the sea is far away! Sorry for "adding firewood to the fire", but it's true!

Good afternoon! We are flying to this hotel on September 15th with a one year old baby. Were in Turkey 6 times in super expensive hotels - each had its pros and cons!! Now money is tight, and Turkey has risen terribly in price, so we fly and don’t “eat” (I didn’t find a better price / service ratio) !!!! There were a week at the end of August. We also read different reviews and didn’t know who to believe. How many people - so many opinions, but we generally liked it. The cons of others were considered as pluses: "the sea is far away" - walk a couple of times for 5 minutes and crush the fat in my opinion, it’s okay; “Russians are settled with a view of the road and a wasteland” - there are 90 percent of Russians and it’s impossible to physically accommodate everyone with a view of the pool (we didn’t care about the view, since there is no view of the sea) I liked the animation, every day a new show. The beach was cleaned every day, but our citizens littered it with everything: seeds (brought with them from Russia!!! I personally saw it !!), cigarette butts, bits, although every 2 meters there are ceramic garbage pots. Therefore, you need to swear at yourself. Alcohol is diluted two times, they add yupi instead of juice to cocktails, which kills its taste, but I drank beer, it is normal for my taste. Meat was never seen there! Chicken, turkey, fried fish - every day.

we just arrived from Turkey yesterday. we rested in this hotel, we can only compare with the Russian version of the rest, in this case the rest in Dionysos is superior .. We lived in the main. building with a view of the opposite hotels, everything is fine .. the heat was such that things were only dried on the balcony .. the view of the pool is excellent, but there are discos in the evening, and for dinner they cook part of the dishes right by the pool and the smells are not ice .. service on a solid 4, you can fight everything, but no queues, no road to the sea (by the way, the car drives back and forth cool) for exactly 6 minutes at a leisurely pace, it’s almost burdensome .. rest will please .. don’t self-eat .. good luck! !

2. flowing plumbing. There was such a puddle that you simply couldn’t go into the bathroom. To the claims made at the reception, they said - yes, this is almost all the rooms and shrugged their shoulders ...
3. disgusting cleaning in the room - the sink was never washed, once they even left a bag pulled out of the trash can in it. for the left dollar they made one bed, the rest was not touched))
4. as mentioned above - alcoholic drinks are diluted and it is not possible to drink them. After the so-called "mojito" (seemingly a glass of green water), the tongue remained green for a very long time ...

Yesterday we arrived, rested for 2 weeks, I hasten to share my impressions! We were first settled in King 4 adults and a child of 14 months, a view of the stake, pool. The room is good, two separate bathrooms (jacuzzi) and an interior door, but the audibility is terrible and the screen with fans under the windows, although the child was sleeping soundly (at home he wakes up from every rustle). On the very first day, money was pulled out of the bag left in the room (from a relative), only the bartender was seen on the camera, but everything was hushed up, the money was not returned, they offered to go to a restaurant and hydromassage as a gift. Two days later, at our own request, without problems and bribes, we were settled in different rooms. Our room was in the main building on the 3rd floor overlooking the pool and the sea (so there is a sea view there) and the audibility was completely different, the plumbing did not flow, but the balcony had a decent hole on the side (I had a shock!!
) without a glass panel, we put a bedside table there and an ottoman on top, since we have a baby (we saw only two such balconies, but be careful!!).
