I went with this tour operator back in 2006, then there were no complaints. We were met at the airport, taken to the hotel by a separate minibus (there was no one except for the two of us, although a group transfer was ordered), their help was not needed at the hotels. On the way back, too, everything was on schedule and well coordinated. I did not observe any rudeness or unprofessionalism. But everything flows, everything changes...

We bought a tour to Spain from them, they thought that they paid for everything, but they bill us for insurance against not leaving, we say that we don’t need it and we didn’t ask for it. To which we are simply told by some boor on the phone that: “We won’t clean up anything for you and in general the issue is closed, if you want to refuse, but there are fines,” this is literally.
