I don’t feel very good in Kemer, I liked it in Side, we were 6 km from the old town, an excellent sandy beach, but the hotel you are considering is located between Side (16 km) and Manavgat (13 km) - therefore it’s hard to say about entering the sea. In any case, good luck in the coming season.

We "discovered" Turkey for ourselves from such provincial 3 * that they are not even in the catalogs now :)) Then there were 4 *, incl. and in other countries. I think that we are just lucky that the quality of the hotels we visit is getting better and there are no disappointments. And now I choose 5 *, because we are traveling with a little granddaughter (4 years old) and the high level of the hotel is not a goal, but a necessity, I am responsible for the health of the child to her parents! Now I'm going with her too. Tez literally raised prices sharply half an hour ago, and now min. the price of my booked hotel is already 51800! We fly with them on the same flight. And about the sand in Side: the hotel is located next to the Felicia Village 5 * hotel, and in the reviews of this hotel there are extremely negative statements about the beach, poor sunset and stones. Especially for kids.

The hotel is located on the first coastline, just behind the Calimeria Witch Hotel, Flora Garden is quite far from Apperion - it takes 5-7 minutes to drive by car, so you shouldn’t even compare the beaches, the beach is huge with good entry into the sea - from the hotel to the beach max 20- 30 meters, the hotel is new - I personally saw it and saw how it was being built, I saw the rooms - I was delighted, I think no one will regret it - new hotels are always a plus, a huge market comes nearby on Sundays, where you can buy souvenirs and things and even fruits, there is also an internet cafe nearby, the location of the hotel is very favorable and very convenient for tourists, if there is a desire to go to Manavgat for shopping - go to the bus stop -5-6 minutes. The route is not close to the hotel - therefore, the noise of cars will not interfere. I know this region very well - I work there, so you can safely believe me. And once again I repeat the hotel Aperion Beach is located in the village of Kizilot, 12 km. from the city of Manavgat, 20 km. from Side. Kizilot village - is a small sleeping area in which there are 4 hotels - Felicia Village 5 *, Kalimeria Beach 5 *, Aperion Beach 4 * and Fliper Hotel. There are no Shopping Centers and Discos in the village, this is an area for a quiet family vacation. Those who wish to go shopping can take a dolmush (local minibus) and get to Manavgat in 15 minutes - the price of a minibus (2.5 Turkish lira - that is, 2 dollars or 1.5 euros) one way. There is no direct minibus in Side - you have to go with transfers through the city of Manavgat. From Manavgat to Side - 15 min. bus ride as well. Not tiresome and very fast. Regarding the beach, once again - the beach is huge, why I wrote 20-30 meters is already up to the sea to the water, 20-30 meters is sand - the beach area is a huge plus - space. The beach is small pebbles. There are no stones in the Water and on the beach too. I repeat - Flora Garden Hotel is located at a distance of 3-5 km from the Aperion Hotel and there is really a bad entry into the sea, regarding Aperion - the situation is completely different, there are no stone reefs or stones - an excellent entry into the sea.
