Judging by the address (found through Google) a hotel in the Old Town. From the station, minibuses go there (look for the inscription - Lenin St. / Khan's Palace).
From the hotel - take the same minibus - get to the final one (driving a maximum of 5-7 minutes) - and walk about 1 km to the monastery. Further along the road after a few km - the ascent to Chufut-Kale (cave city).
