Cleaning was not always carried out in the absence of the owners, sometimes the cleaners burst on the door when we rested in the room, which in itself is not particularly pleasant. Toilet paper was never hung up! each time we had to go downstairs ourselves. The girls-administrators did not solve this issue in any way, as if they were on their own, cleaning ladies on their own. One of the female administrators constantly brought either her relatives or friends to the hotel territory, who drank alcohol for half the night.
Another inconvenience - the gate was closed at 12 o'clock at night, which is extremely inconvenient for people on vacation. It was also not opened early, sometimes we were the first to leave, for this again we had to wake up the administrator girls, who, with sleepy faces, opened the lock for us. It is completely incomprehensible why the hotel management simply does not make a combination lock so that there are no such difficulties.
