rested with my wife and child in the summer of 2011, really liked it. The car was parked next to the hotel, the child played on the playground. I liked it very much. Quiet calmly. Really right on the beach. We fell asleep to the sound of the waves, beauty. Waking up at 6 am every morning, the sunrise is beautiful. Swimming and jogging to the stadium. In general, I liked it very much!

We rested in 2012, I’ll say that the conditions are good, everything is new, the equipment worked perfectly, Not a bad beach, it’s good for a child, far away shallow, they also feed well at the hotel, but there are a few but that spoiled the impression a little, firstly, very close the Stinky River flows, about which they write a lot, and the smell was felt when they rested periodically, when they didn’t know when they were driving (although the place itself is convenient - not far from the center and to the pearl beach); the impression was spoiled by the fact that during our entire stay we were never offered to change towels and clean, although it is stated that towels are changed every 3 days, and cleaning is every 5 days. Agree, why for a lot of money, I have to go and beg for towels, like a trifle, but unpleasant. In general, I would rate it at 4, but because of the river it can be even lower.

We had a family vacation in Feodosia, in the hotel "Golden Sands" from 08/05/2012-08/25/2012. Perhaps this is the most wonderful place in the Crimea for families with small children. A clean, comfortable hotel with excellent rooms, on the seashore, the territory is fenced, the beach is cleaned and well-groomed from the hotel. A playground is equipped, where there is always an activity for the baby.
We really liked the cafe on the territory of the hotel, the cuisine is always varied, QUALITY, which is important for the Crimea, at the restaurant level, we could even agree if we wanted something that was not on the menu, for example, we asked for veal dishes for the child, there were very pleased that they did not refuse. Any desire was fulfilled, without any discontent.
Very friendly staff, the administrator was often interested in how people relax, but most importantly, I want to emphasize that when the children were sick (colds, high temperatures, climate change), the administration, at the request of the mother, took them to the pediatrician, did not remain indifferent and did not leave them to the mercy of fate mothers and children, which is very important when you go to a foreign city with a baby. All in all, the vacation was a success.

We rested in August 2016. For a very long time I chose a decent and quiet place to stay with a small child, and in the end I chose Golden Sands. We lived in a wooden room 20 above the dining room. Good hotel staff, wonderful dining room, where it is always clean and very tasty. BUT, literally 100 meters from the beach of the hotel, a large and smelly sewer river Baibuga flows into the sea with G floating in it ..... It's just awful, the stench in the evenings is terrible. We learned about this river from a local taxi driver, unfortunately we had a reservation for 3.5 days, and we couldn’t run away from there right away, besides, we had to find a place .. Usually in the morning the sea was calm and correspondingly clean, but on the last the day of our stay there, the same thing swam in the sea as in the river ... This is HORRIBLE !!!! Since the rest of the hotels are mostly families with children, people run away from there headlong when they find out about this situation. I do not advise you to relax in this boarding house, as well as in Feodosia in general

We stayed at this hotel in 2019. Yes, it is indeed located on the seashore, but the room was very disappointing! We booked it through the booking site for 4 nights, it turned out 12,000! From the photo, the room looked pretty decent, but in fact there was a feeling that we were not in a hotel, but at someone's dacha, where they brought everything old and unnecessary, the furniture is old, the refrigerator and the battery are rusty, the blankets stink of old rags, the handle is on the door to the bathroom is falling apart, water is gushing from the faucet in the shower in different directions, there is almost no daylight, because the window is covered with a net, the room with an area of more than 20 sq.m is illuminated by 2 small wall lamps, one in the corridor, the other in the room! Naturally, this did not suit us and we decided to find out what we are paying 3000 rubles for. per day? They agreed to give us a discount of 500 rubles. But also 2500 r. per day, I think a lot for this number. We decided to stay, only because we didn’t want to spoil our mood even more and look for something new, because. these were our last 4 days of rest in the Crimea. By the way, the staff is friendly.
