We rested with a child in June 2012, my son is almost 4 years old. Almost everyone who was resting there at that time was with children, many with two or even three. The hotel is focused on children - the staff is responsive and smiling, always paid attention to the child, excellent and tasty food, the son gained 1.5 kg in 10 days))) Super playful, a lot of good toys, the child could not be pulled out of there.

For the third season in a row we are resting in the "Riviera". Don't listen to your competitors! Everything in the hotel is top notch. From design to service level. We rested with children in July 2013. The Skif base is an island of well-being in Nikolaevka (cleanliness and beauty). Riviera is a pearl among the hotels of the recreation center. Many thanks to all the staff for their care, efforts, attitude, attention. The hotel is focused primarily on families with children, there are no noisy companies here. Cozy, clean and comfortable, children's room. The food is just fabulous! A chic assortment of dishes, everything is very tasty, huge portions, a children's menu (they bring children here from all over the recreation center to feed the children). Delivery to your beach. Always free sun loungers, umbrellas, showers, clean, no strangers, safe. Special thanks to the administrator.

We rested at the Riviera Hotel in Nikolaevka (Crimea) in July 2015. Very good hotel, friendly staff. Room cleaning on request (service unobtrusive), every fourth day change of linen. The halls are always clean, there is also an ironing board, iron, cooler (always with water). This hotel has its own dining room. They are well prepared and reasonably priced. The staff is friendly. For all 17 days of our stay, there were no bad impressions (with the exception of the beach area, but that's another story). I really liked that the floor in the hotel is tiled, there are no carpets, except for the terry rugs in front of the shower, which were changed along with linen and towels. There are a lot of people in this hotel with small children. Our family was very pleased with our stay at this hotel. Recommend!
