Good afternoon! The car is for my daughter. Can I cross the Ukraine-Crimea border with a registration certificate? (It is not included in the registration certificate) If not, what should I do?

Until recently, they only checked for a search and a credit arrest of a car. And so it’s not a problem to drive through the general. Much depends on which customs Armyansk or Chongar.

The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine approved the procedure for entering and leaving the temporarily occupied territory of Ukraine in Crimea. The corresponding decree is published on the website of the government.
For foreigners and stateless persons, entry into and exit from Crimea is possible with passport documents and a special permit issued by the territorial body of the State Customs Service.
It is enough for citizens of Ukraine to have with them any document specified in Article 5 of the Law "On Citizenship of Ukraine" or Article 2 of the Law "On the Procedure for Departure from Ukraine and Entry into Ukraine of Citizens of Ukraine".
The document is also accompanied by a list of checkpoints at which border, customs and other types of control and passage of people, vehicles and goods entering or leaving Crimea are carried out.
For cars, such points are Kalanchak, Chaplynka and Chongar, for railway communication - Kherson, Melitopol, Vadim and Novoalekseevka.
At the same time, the resolution states that these checkpoints are not intended for crossing the state border.
Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers No. 367 is dated June 4, 2015.
The car is the least of the problems.

1. If you are not entered in the registration certificate of the car (i.e.), then you need to issue a power of attorney from the owner (daughter) to manage the vehicle. means.
2. You did not explain where you are going to go to Crimea - from the mainland of Ukraine (citizen of Ukraine) or from the Russian Federation (citizen of the Russian Federation)? The order is different.
3. Where the vehicle is registered (Ukraine, RF) - this also matters.
