I rested with my husband 2 times, there is no closer to the sea in Simeiz - 10-30 meters, the best rooms are those called superior junior suites, take the awesome view on the 3rd floor. Food is normal there are 3 cafes. The weather at this time is the softest and warmest, I like to relax in May or September, less people, prices.

I rested in June 2011 in the building, there were no problems with water. I didn’t really communicate with the administrator, my husband did, but he didn’t seem to complain. I liked the large balcony, sea view, that the beach is nearby and in the Venice cafe cooked deliciously.

The other day we returned from Simeiz. We rested in "Ligo Marine". I found this hotel via the Internet, I had never been to Simeiz before. What can I say. . I am delighted! An old mansion right on the beach. A chic view from a huge loggia (a junior suite with a sea view), old trees, singing birds, the sound of waves, the cleanest sea. . The room is excellent, clean, hot / cold water without interruption at any time. The staff (although for me it is not important) is very friendly and caring. Rubbish was removed regularly. Initially, she planned other private hotels, but she was very glad that she chose "Ligo" because everything above st. Soviet - a continuous pandemonium of houses, people, around the road along which transport rushes. To the sea. . . (well, not 10 minutes, which they promise). Ate in the bathroom. Semashko, who is through the fence from our hotel. In the evenings it was very pleasant to walk in the park, go down to the seashore, knowing that your "home" is nearby and you don't have to go anywhere. The only negative is the construction next to some 9-story crap. The noise was crazy until the hoteliers and tenants held a meeting and settled the issue. The building has shut down. And I'm so glad I came here.

The main positive impressions from the Simeiz resort and the Ligo Morskaya hotel were reserved places, a cable car and good food. The beauty of the surrounding mountains is stunning. I think when the restoration is over, everything will be at the highest level in the hotel.
