At the expense of food, when we were there, we had breakfast - a buffet - they fed for slaughter - that's for sure, cooler than abroad, the lunch is good, full, well-fed, my portion was enough for me and the child, although compote was ordered additionally. Dinner is also quite full and satiated, there was never a time to remain hungry. Only a few times I bought coffee, drinks at the pool bar, a milkshake for a child - in principle, the prices are normal. This year I do not know - so I will not say. But I liked the boarding house, there is a supper in the room, a telly, the territory is just a fairy tale - well, you already have to see it with your own eyes .... - you can’t tell. This year we are going to the Grand for the third time. Good hotel - the best in Sudak. The rooms are spacious and clean, the staff is well-trained, the buffet is wonderful - a lot, complex, tasty. The territory is small, cozy, well-groomed. Sudak itself is an amateur - crowds of people, accompanying noise, mess and smell. From the hotel to the beach, a 10-15 minute walk down the hill through the territory of a semi-abandoned VVS sanatorium. The beach itself is a piece of a rented municipal one, there were always enough sun loungers and umbrellas. That is, the hotel did everything it could, just around a million people, hawkers, partying, music. On the first day, of course, they were in shock, but after they got used to it. Before lunch, we sunbathed on the beach, dined on the embankment in a good cafe (back to the sea to the right to Mount Alchak, a wooden cafe in folk style at some hotel). After lunch at the hotel near the pool. Last year we rested in Yalta Intourist - just wonderful, but the prices are equal to the Dominican Republic. So, if you are in Sudak, then Grand is the best choice.

Everywhere has its pros and cons. Grande has good service, but there is no territory (only a playground by the pool, a few tables on a cliff with a good view of the sea and an unsympathetic playground) and the beach is far away through the VVS resort. You can always go to the sea, because there is no security. But back, how lucky: the guards on the embankment may not let you through. In this case, you will have to climb a steep dusty street and much further than through a sanatorium. The beaches in Sudak are all crowded, sunbeds are close. If all the seats are occupied, then your elbows will be in close contact with the neighbor's elbows. On the embankment closer to the fortress there is a wonderful TOK "Sudak" with a beautiful park area and infrastructure, but there is no pool and the food is complex. You can enter the territory by buying a ticket for 5 hryvnias and enter and exit on it all day. There are courts, billiards, a pump room, a cinema, a fountain with a cascade of ponds and various living creatures (swans, ducks, etc.), many benches and shady corners in a very well-kept green park.

My friends dissuaded me from going to this hotel. I asked for a refund of the prepayment (1.5 months before the trip), they refused to do it. They offered to reschedule my stay to other dates.
