Disagree with malleus.
There are several floors after renovation, so the rooms there are normal. But in general, I would take Junior Suite A, it has a view of Yalta and a two-room suite. On the spot you can look and choose from what is free. Moreover, the difference is not big in price.
Breakfast at the Ai-Petri restaurant, on the top floor.
Here is the phone number of the company in Yalta, I booked through them, they made another discount, I rested for more than 10 days.

If so, ask

We rested in junior suite B for the New Year holidays. We got a room on the 6th floor, the view from the window is not very good - a piece of the pool, a view of the construction site, a side view of the sea (if you sit on the balcony). The room was clean, we had enough for 3 adults and a child, although we did not sit in the room. The toilet and bathroom are not renovated, but the plumbing is new and clean. Breakfast was at the Ai-Petri restaurant on the 16th floor, everything is fine!

I agree with Aspirant_M, take junior suite A, the view from the window is better there, and also junior suite B is too small.
