"Chizay" is not the best wine of Transcarpathia. Basically, these are young wines, and sometimes the composition is really problematic. Wine material is brought from all possible places. Visit the tasting room "Chardonnay" in Uzhgorod on the street. Voloshin, 18-b. It presents good wines and cognacs from Transcarpathian producers. You won't leave empty-handed, you're sure to love something.
