It is better to go from the middle to the end of May. Until that time, it’s not very beautiful there, but the main thing can be flooding, including local ones, puddles, swamps, etc.
Now it’s not very beautiful there, and if you want to go uphill (not into the mountains, but just up), then slippery clay is everywhere. Wait until summer and go to the Synevyr lake area or you can go to Pylypets (there is the Shypit waterfall and a work chair all year round).
Bukovel: yes and no. In the summer there is a continuous construction site, but the lifts also work and you can "leave" for the mountains.
Pay attention also to the village of Kvasy - this is already behind Yasiny and closer to Rakhiv. Not the most hyped places, but near the track, and near the mountains. Very clean and beautiful places very close to civilization.

thanks. in the spring we want to go to the Carpathians, because we are going to the Crimea.

Yaremche is an ideal option, I think. There is nature from all sides, and civilization is present, i.e. there are shops, and huts, and transport allows you to go both to Bukovel by minibus, and by diesel to go to the tighter Vorokhta or further towards Rvkhov. Riding a diesel has its big advantages - such gorgeous views open up.

thanks for the answer.
I have been 3 months. I am looking for a private sector in all regions of Transcarpathia .. I still can’t find

Yaremche, it’s like it’s not steamed, there are a lot of housing, everyone was there, there are a lot of reviews. But so that nature is everywhere ...
There are really no problems with civilization. If we already consider Yaremche, then there are Tatars, Mykulychyn, Yablunytsya. This is what is near Yaremche. It's still 3 hours from the train.
If you want to be closer to the railway, then choose something in the vicinity of Volovets (this is a center district and you should not settle in Volovets), but in the surrounding villages, as well as those that go along the highway to Mezhhirya (this is both Pylypets and Podobovets, and Izky, and Kalechin, and Soymy.
It's just that the estate itself can stand in an uncomfortable place, but the mountains are next to all these villages.
You can settle somewhere in Synevyrskaya Polyana (this is the nearest village to Synevyr Lake).
It is not bad to settle near Slavskoe, a large village and from many places in this village to the mountains, stomp and stomp. I like it in the village of Volosyayeka (in winter it is also called Slavsky in any way, 2 km from Slavsky, in fact, this is where the Zakhar Berkut ski lift is).
The chair should work in the summer.

Also, I personally really like the idea of the hotel Ark (there are a lot of reviews on Turpravda). These are the Bukovina Carpathians, not high. The air here is much cleaner than in the Bukovel-Yaremchi region.
But in the spring, of course, the roads are the most critical.
Therefore, be guided by the railway, the Yaremche-Rakhiv road and the Kyiv-Chop highway (its section from Skole to Svalyava).
For some 3 km from the highway there may be such guano that you will be disappointed in the Carpathians ;-)
And they are beautiful!

I really enjoyed my vacation in Vezha Vedmezhy!!! There were a lot of couples with children under 3 years old. The hotel complex "Vezha Vedmezha" is located in a picturesque corner of the Ukrainian Carpathians, near the famous ski resort Slavske. The peculiarity of the hotel's location is that it is located away from the main roads, surrounded by mountain slopes and a crystal-clear mountain stream. He gives the pleasure of peace and quiet to his guests, provides an excellent opportunity to retire and be one on one with the pristine nature. Here, no one will bother you to relax comfortably and get unforgettable impressions from the landscapes that the Tsotsora tract gives us.
The three-storey complex "Vezha Vedmezha" has 25 rooms equipped with satellite TV, telephone, safe, mini-bar, bathroom with shower, hair dryer. Mini-cosmetics of bathrooms are replenished daily. Daily mandatory housekeeping. Bed linen is changed on the 3rd day of stay. The accommodation rate includes breakfast (complex) 3 options to choose from.
Cold and hot water round the clock. The rooms have safes , refrigerators , TVs .
Hotel Vezha Vedmezha is located 600 meters from the ski lift.

hotel "Zahar Berkut", which will take you to the mountain "Vysokiy Verh", also equipped with 4 drag lifts. There is an excellent cafe on the territory of Zakhar Berkut, prices are just super, food is like at home. We traveled in August. The weather was just great! Here's another thing on the territory there is a swimming pool for both adults and children, a playground, parking (included in the price of the ticket)

they filmed the show bachelor

we expect up to 400 UAH. with food. in a private comfortable home
аватар tolokvika
Well, of course the prices are higher there, but the rest is worth it!
аватар hatinka
For the spring Carpathians and 400 UAH. too much)
IMHO

In the private sector, of course, it will be cheaper, they can also offer food there.

I think in the mouth of the black .. who has been there?
аватар hatinka
I visited in 2008 and overall I liked it.
But! The road there is so-so, from Ust-Chernaya to Ruska Wet (where there are a couple of excellent estates) - like after the bombing. Infrastructure-0. Small stalls, miserable cafes, everything is like in the village. If you are sure that you will be deliciously fed in the estate where you will live, no problem.
We were on our own car and I am a fan of wild places, hiking, so I liked it.
But, if without a car and with a small child ... then think about it.
Because nature is the best! Untouched, mountains begin in the yard of any house.
Camping is just what you should go to such a remote village!
But, if you pull on excursions, it will turn out to be very far to go and expensive. They take you to Synevyr - it takes 8 hours in both directions of one road only - do you need it? The Ruska-Mokra-Kolochava road does not exist in nature and has never existed, but this road is in all (!!!) atlases, maps. Don't be fooled ;-)
They usually take them to Khust (castle), Iza (a bazaar along the road, they sell wicker things), Solotvyno (they used to lower it into a mine where salt is mined, now it is flooded, so ...), Center of Europe (not worth a special trip at all is a stele along the route, where it is written that they say, yes, this is the center of Europe).

But the village itself is also interesting, there is a waterfall, the rapids on the river are beautiful, there are mountains on all sides, there are very few tourists, fresh food, clean air. For lovers of hiking, there are good starting positions.
It takes a long time to get there ... By train, it’s better from Mukachevo, but if you can get to Khust or Teresva by a budget minibus (they often go), then from Teresva, take a taxi, there is 50 km).
We are by car, to be honest, we are very tired of driving, especially in the area from Yaremche. In the spring, it’s not clear yet whether the road was washed away somewhere.
You will also consider that Ust-Chernaya has the highest rainfall in Ukraine. About 8 years ago there was a very strong flood right there, and there are often floods there.
My IMHO, without a car, with a child, in the spring ... dumb.

Oh yes! Do not go to the so-called Yalynka complex. It is very gloomy there, however, usually in general on the ball (they often give their vouchers when buying some goods in different stores.

WHERE TO GO?
аватар hatinka
This is all I wrote to you about Ust-Chernaya. I have described the + and - of this place.
аватар Sneka
everything that I copied from you .. about Ust. where you can go so that. the mountains start from the yard. nature. the village is quiet. mouth. does not fit. where can I go to get it all?
аватар hatinka
I do not advertise any estates. If you are waiting for someone to suggest you a specific estate, then this is not for me. I travel by car, and I go to the mountains on foot with a tent. I have oriented you to the settlements that I personally like as a "mattress" holiday. But I can’t recommend the estate to you, alas)
I'm not saying that Ust is not suitable, I'm saying that you need to think.
In the same village there are houses that stand along the road and without natural beauties, but there are on the outskirts, near the rivers.
There are a lot of budgetary private sector on Karpatyinfo.
аватар Sneka
thank you! I don’t know where to go :))
