Reissue the card, discard the old one. But whether you will be able to use Booking in the future even with a new card - I don’t know. All IMHO.

My experience: a month later I unblocked the card, I used booking with the same card. The hotel warned by phone, did not write anything to anyone, they did not write to me from the hotel either. Booking then sent a standard questionnaire, such as what the cancellation of the booking is connected with.

My experience ..... I booked a hotel in Bulgaria through the Profi-Tour travel agency in Sofia on the Internet. With the condition: cancellation of the reservation in case of no-show with a fine of 20 euros. It suited me! The money was taken from my card immediately. They sent a voucher and a copy of the check ... everything is as it should be! Then my plans changed ... and I did not go to this hotel, I told the manager about my no-show on the second day (check-in was due on 07/03/2017, but I reported on 07/04/2017). The travel agency thought for a day .... then they said that the money was transferred to the hotel and the hotel refuses to return it .... Violation of the booking conditions! After the rest ... already in my city, I printed out all the correspondence with the travel agency and wrote an application to the bank to cancel the banking operation for an unproven service. I didn’t believe in a positive outcome ... to be honest. But they returned the money to me! .... a month later ... I lost a little ... on the difference in the euro sale-purchase rates.))))
