Catering outside the hotel, service in the hotel
Thank you very much for your feedback, but I would like to clarify: 1. Do the rooms have standard cosmetics (shampoo ..), a kettle, a hair dryer, adapters for sockets, coffee, tea? And if not, then they are issued "on demand", i.e. you need to catch, how will you get it?
2. How far are grocery stores from the hotel, are there dairy, meat, coffee?
3.Those who were in January-February, is it possible to swim in the bay, are the pools heated? We are going February 12, what to expect.

1. The room has (in the bathroom) all accessories for washing, hair dryer. You can ask the reception for an adapter for an outlet. Coffee-tea-kettle I don't remember. There is a minibar with drinks. Paid.
2. Grocery stores are close by. There is milk-canned coffee.
3. The pool was heated. I was from March 8-18. Swimming in the bay was fine.

Were in June. Shops are all very close. And what is interesting when you buy juice in a package is that it is really juice, and not a powder like ours. Milk is also delicious, I don’t know where it’s from, but it’s super. We went to dinner at Alhamra Mall, by taxi, there 8u. e. back 5y. e., We are 120 UAH. (translated into our tugriks) they took so much that the two of us just overate and even left. So do not rush to take 2 servings. ;) I especially liked the tender duck fillet (they bring it still boiling) and rice in Indian cuisine (there are about 15 different cuisines and portions of normul are everywhere). And yes, everything is great. More about the guide. Take only Fadi, he is from Jordan, the Russian language is ideal, he works with the owner of the hotel, the prices are less than the reception desk. If you need him, then go to the reception, they will call him and he will come to the hotel. A very friendly and not lazy guy, We were with him in places where tourists cannot pass, but he started. And also, what kind of shop with alcohol drinks at super prices is there on the territory of the hotel. ;)))

We were in late November and December. swimming in the bay is very good, warm
I can’t say for sure about the kettle, but it seems to be in the standards. shampoos and a hair dryer - definitely there, but it's better to buy shampoo in a store - the quality is better and more pleasant. pay attention to Jergens, we definitely don’t have this.
The pools are unheated and stink of chlorine. it makes sense to go to the sea and swim in the pool ..
the spinning supermarket in alhamra also has a meat section, pork is sold separately (look for sliding doors). for lunch we managed with buns, store-bought bread (very tasty, by the way) and milk. and the milk is local. be sure to try the camel!
about excursions - definitely only with Fadi. he has a table to the left of the reception. and go shopping with him too. his phone at the reception knows and you can ask to dial it (it's free). if money is not particularly strained - do not limit yourself to excursions, you will not regret it, and the rest will be much more interesting! good luck!

Can you tell me a little more about grocery stores, can you walk to them with your feet or take a taxi bus?
looked at the map, this is the edge of civilization.
Thank you.

12 dirhams for a taxi back and forth to Alhamra Mall ... It's like our markets ... and food and milk and clothes and everything your heart desires))) You can get there by foot but it's dusty and hot)
