I would recommend taking half board right away. Especially if you are traveling with a child. A normal dinner in decent cafes (and not Indian-Pakistani eateries) will obviously cost more than 2300 rubles. And most importantly, the level of cleanliness and hygiene in inexpensive cafes in the UAE is low: flies, dirty tables, dirty appliances.
