"Florida" hotel is good, but it's very boring. But very close to all the differences. You can even walk. "Marina" is located a little further and poor access to the beach.

we went to Florida Beach 4 * already 3 times, it's always fun, noisy and there is enough entertainment both in the hotel and beyond! Really the best location + food and drinks (I advise you to take ALL)
