I recommend the FAROS 3* Ayia Napa hotel. Not expensive, excellent service, located 5 minutes from the beach and 2 minutes from bars and parties.

Because there are so many bars and restaurants and delicious food and drinks and parties that you should not limit yourself to eating at the hotel.
