visa to cyprus
In January of this year, a tourist visa to Cyprus was denied due to a stop list for Germany. I am changing my internal Ukrainian passport to a different surname. Tell me, do I need to copy German visas and pages for a new RFP (or is it better not to "shine"? Will a tour visa to Cyprus be opened in a net RFP? Thank you!

Did you just change your last name or did you get married?
if the second, then the visa will be opened without problems.
my friend had a deportation from Cyprus. he changed his last name in Ukraine and entered there again without any problems

I was married to a German and I had his last name, after the divorce I took a different last name (1 husband), does it make sense now to change passports to my maiden name or is it enough to change it once? And I asked you, you never answered me, is it necessary to copy German visas and pages for a new RFP, will they open a visa to Cyprus in a NET RFP?

if you were denied a Cypriot visa because of Germany, then why copy?
If I were you, I would contact a company that makes visas. then it doesn't matter if you change your name or not.
I understand that the main reason for changing the surname is that you need a new passport?

I had to change the internals anyway. and a RFP due to a divorce and a change of surname (as I said, I had a German surname in Ukraine, I don’t need it now), but because of refusals too. Tell me, will they put a visa to Cyprus in a clean RFP or not ??? Thank you!

A visa is put in a clean passport. Changing the surname is now an outdated option - it no longer works. Schengen copies are made to apply for a new visa, not for a new passport. In your case, I would have bought a tour through a travel agency and made travel insurance (in case of refusal to issue a visa). Good luck!

The question is not entirely clear. And the point is this. The Cypriot visa and the Schengen visa are in no way related to each other, and in order to obtain a Cypriot visa, there is no need to copy the previous Schengen visas. However, if you have a valid Schengen multiple entry visa and you have already traveled to Schengen on it, then you will be allowed to enter Cyprus on it. If you have a single-entry Schengen visa, they will also let you in, but only from a Schengen country.

In addition, you can get a so-called pro-visa by sending an application by e-mail, and within a day you will receive a reply with a pro-visa. You print it out, and at the airport, upon arrival in Cyprus, you get a visa in your passport. That's all, as you can see, it's simple.

Yes, and more. When submitting an application for a pro-visa, it is NOT REQUIRED to confirm the hotel reservation and even attach return air tickets. Have a good trip!

Well, look, if you are worried about a clean passport, then it does not matter, collect good documents and feel free to apply to the consulate.
If you apply old visas, respectively, on the old surname, then you will need to attach all the documents confirming the change of surname and write about the refusal, although in reality there is nothing terrible about it, since visas are opened after the refusal, again, the most important thing show good papers!
