I was on a tour in Alexandria. I won't say that there is nothing to see there. However, in general, this is purely for show. The Library of Alexandria, the Pharos lighthouse, or rather, its absence, on the site of which a fort, a palace and a park of the local king were built (of course, now there is no monarchy in Egypt). We also visited the mosque. That's all! Today I wouldn't go there though. I don’t regret that I went last time, because we went mainly to Cairo for the pyramids and the combination turned out to be profitable both financially and in terms of moving. After all, it takes 8-9 hours to go from Hurghada to Cairo in one direction
