I would choose Arabia. The sea and the beach are better in Arabia (although no one bothers to live in Arabella and swim in Arabia). Most rooms in Arabia have a sea view. But the architecture of the hotel in Arabella is more interesting. At the expense of animation in Arabia, not very much, in Arabella it seems to me livelier in this regard.
