I was in this hotel on my first trip abroad (May 2007). In comparison with Sochi, Adler and Tuapse, everything is quite good. Check-in took place as follows: a hotel worker takes you to a room on the second floor of the main building with a window on the road, without a balcony and air conditioning and with a single bed, and for $ 10 offers to move to another room. You give the bucks to the reception and get a room in the inner buildings. I got L3. The room is provided with the bare minimum of necessary things. Air conditioning with individual regulation, but buzzes like a locomotive. The territory of the hotel is scanty, but there is a hotel in Dahar (old city), near an aquarium, a mosque and a Coptic temple, where everyone is taken on a sightseeing tour of Hurghada.

And the hotel is located just in the old CENTER of Hurghada. This new city center is far away, but we went there once by taxi for 2 dollars. and enough, unless, of course, restaurants are needed. And here the old center is not far from the hotel, souvenirs are cheaper than in the new center, we found a good grocery store with fixed prices (cheap Feta cheese, juices, halva) and a cafe where fresh juices are made, a sweets shop (only they are expensive there).
The food, of course, is not very good for lovers of delicious food, especially breakfast, but there were always olives, olives, feta cheese, tomatoes, cucumbers, fresh buns, butter, scrambled eggs or fried eggs).
I came with bags and stole buns, olives, butter, jam for lunch (we had HB food).

were in sand beach from 23.10 to 30.10. for 20 bucks they settled in a beautiful view room on the third floor. the territory of the hotel and the sea to the horizon, as if on the palm of your hand.
