I agree with alex45. The weather is changeable. The worst option - cold wind will blow, the best - warm. But in any case, you can sunbathe before lunch, swim in the sea as well. After lunch, if there is a heated pool, you can swim in it. The air temperature during the day (before lunch) should not fall below 24 - 26 degrees, but in the evening it can drop to 18. The water in the sea is always warm - +25.
Personally, I am completely satisfied with my vacation in January in Egypt.
