Who was on the excursions: 1) Sea prog. El Gouna, 2) Badaveya ???
1) I find it difficult to choose Paradise Island or El Gouna. El Gouna - Venice of the Red Sea (they write in the price list) is it really beautiful there? Gondola sailing at no extra charge?
2) At the "Badaveya" exk horseback riding and camel riding, dinner (in the price list the cost is $ 60 for adults) is additional payment required or is it all inclusive?

About El Gouna. Much more interesting than Paradise Island! The resort is very beautiful, everything is in the canals, there are no surcharges anywhere, except that only the cafe is a little expensive ... Stops on coral reefs are just a fairy tale. Lunch is included in the price of the tour. Feel free to choose El Gouna!

El Gouna.

There is absolutely nothing to do on the "paradise" island, no sights. And if they take us to the side, (like us) opposite to umbrellas and cafes, then the water is dirty and muddy, and 3-4 meters and immediately deep. Because of the dirty water and the fish, it is almost completely invisible at the bottom. Didn't like it at all. And even more so, it cannot be compared with an excursion to El Gouna.
Choose El Gouna, you won't regret it!

Badavia is a very good educational tour! You are picked up from the hotel, taken to the desert! First you ride quad bikes, then sarafi to a Bedouin cave! After riding horses and camels, and an evening show! like, I didn’t miss anything))))) The show is beautiful, I liked the man in the skirt the most ...))) I wouldn’t go a second time, but the memories are pleasant.

Badaviya is all inclusive, but if you want to buy souvenirs, of course, you will pay .. + at dinner they give only one bottle of water. You will have to pay extra.

By the way, I really liked Paradise Island. Here it is impossible to say unequivocally, it depends on who wants to get what from the excursion. You will not see anything informative on Paradise Island .. just a pleasant walk on a yacht. We stopped several times, gave the opportunity to swim with masks. But we stayed at the Sirenity Makadi Height hotel, and, as you know, it is located on one of the best coral reefs in Egypt, so my husband and I dived on excursions without much enthusiasm) Others were happy with everything.
Personally, I really liked the island. White sand and azure sea. I didn't want to leave)

A long time ago, one entrepreneur bought a piece of desert near the sea, dug up canals, built villas and rented and sold them ... all of El Gouna is local houses, villas ... hotels ... so-so district. there is nothing particularly architectural there. If you wish, you can drive up from the mainland and take a walk there. Almost the whole tour is about - the director of a cellular company lives here, his ex-wife is here ... his current wife is here ... Italians are here ... but they don’t let anyone in ... this villa can be rented for so much ... this one for so much then... but she's so-so..
Plus they make a stop on the reefs, where they swim with a mask, plus fishing on the same yacht (for those who have not yet died), and they feed 1 time (for a C grade) ... and some local dances at the end)) right on the yacht . and ... a terrible aquarium in El Gouna ... dirty, small, and I feel sorry for the fish ...
but, there are also pleasant moments)) it all depends on the guide ...

Regarding the last answer ... I do not quite agree. If you write in such tones, then it is best to stay in a hotel and not go anywhere. Interesting, what did you expect? That you will be taken to all the villas, treated everywhere? Yes, a man managed to buy it in 1989, so what? You need to thank him for this, that he managed to make such beauty, cleanliness from a piece of sand and arrange everything so well. Crimea needs more than one century in this regard))

What for? The whole point of this excursion is a boat trip. A little bit of El Gouna itself, a little snorkeling, a little fishing. We called dolphins on the boat with horns, and they sailed - huge! Several smaller grays and one just a giant BLUE! :)))

Previously, there were excursions to El Gouna with a stop at Paradise Island. It makes no sense to specially go to Paradise Island. Of course, the sand is good there and the water is warmer, but there is nothing more than a crowd of vacationers ...

A paradise island or a swim in El Gouna is just a pleasant boat trip, it’s worth swimming, at least in order not to wither away in a hotel. In El Gouna, you can roll on the ground in the evening - it’s cool there at night!

Yes, I agree with the previous answer! You can also walk to El Gouna ... there should always be an alternative)) Dear Pachok. And, then, on a sea excursion you will not be driven on local gondolas.
And, Vodoley, apparently deeply upset was my story)) I'm sorry! And, in response to his objection - I will answer that I did not expect anything supernatural from the "Egyptian Venice")) And, thank you to say to a person? debatable... it's his business.
